SHIPPING & DELIVERY :
We ship all orders within 2-5 business days of placement, customized orders may take up to one week to ship. If an item is sold out and becomes back ordered you will be informed of the shipping delay.
All domestic orders ship USPS priority mail. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship orders. Once orders are processed,customers will receive an email from USPS confirming shipping along with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 1-3 business days to receive.
All international orders ship via USPS for a flat rate of $50. This rate is the Priority option with tracking. The customer will be notified with that tracking number upon shipment.
Please note that delivery is contingent upon the time it takes to pass through customs. SOJARA does not have access to information on how long packages take to pass through customs, so please be patient.
International orders may require additional information and therefore can delay processing. If there are any issues, SOJARA will contact customer via email.
Orders are subject to additional taxes, duties, or custom fees which may be levied once shipment reaches destination country. SOJARA is not responsible for any charges imposed by destination country. Customer is responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. For additional information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.
By law, SOJARA must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to decrease customs fees.
Every order is custom made to order therefore are non-refundable and only may be eligible for store credit. If you have received a damaged or unsatisfactory piece you must contact SOJARA within 48 hours of receipt. If you have a size issue we would be happy to exchange for the correct size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any and all tickets and tags still attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your store credit will be issued at that time. We can only provide store credit/exchanges. No refunds will be provided.
Shipping a Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if there are no damages or defects. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
